Dallman's Black and Blues

Dallman did not make it through waivers (shocker!!). The St-Louis Blues get a great young offensive defenceman and in the Bruins case the best defensive (+1). Bad move for the GM. In my mind he is better than Jurcina and there is no risk keeping Jurcina in Providence. Dallman certainly didn't cost the Bruins much so why get rid of him???

Konnichiwa TreeBob! Thanks for the comments on my blog about the sweets and Hisaishi's soundtracks! I was eating salads the whole week before Mark arrived, just to splurge on those sweets, he he... By the way, I got the book "Art of Howl's Moving Castle" this week, from Amazon UK. You'd love it. It's a must-have, really! Tonight I will write about the perfumes he brought as well! But I'm too lazy... Thanks and see you around!

I have heard it is a very beautiful book. Many of ther people on my email list have it. I can't wait for the movie to come out in March. Atleast it does for us. Do they have a date for your region yet?

Hi Treebob! Sorry I just saw your comment today. I've been out for Xmas and New Year and got a bad cold that makes me stay home non-stop, drowsy and coughing.
As for the film, I bought the DVD in CDJapan last month, when it was released there. I could not wait - as usual! It is a 4 disc edition, very cool (includes short animations and other bonuses). At any rate the release date for our region is 13Mar, probably the same as Region 1.
I am waitiing now for the book by Dianna Wynn Jones. Ordered it last week in Amazon UK. I am very curious about it now, for the HMC DVD includes an interview with her! Interesting lady indeed (she was a pupil of JRR Tolkien in Oxford, by the way).
Hope you had a Great Xmas! And wish you and your family a wonderful New Year!
